    Each program includes real-world incident and accident case studies relevant to the participant's role, helping learners connect Human Factors principles to their everyday responsibilities.

    Every learner begins with a comprehensive initial training program that builds a strong foundation in Human Factors.

    To keep training current and meaningful, a new recurrent program is released every 12 months. These annual updates explore Human Factors lessons from recent safety events, emerging industry trends, and the latest research, ensuring the content remains relevant, practical, and engaging.

  • Our hybrid training program combines the flexibility of online learning with the benefits of face-to-face discussion and collaboration.

    Core Human Factors concepts and knowledge are delivered through an engaging online course, allowing participants to learn at their own pace. Topics that benefit from shared experiences, discussion, and practical application are reserved for the classroom component.

    The program includes an online Train-the-Trainer course for nominated trainers, enabling you to deliver the classroom component in-house without the need for external trainers.

  • Our airline training package is tailored to your organisation's unique operating environment, risk profile, and safety priorities.

    We work with you to develop a fully customised Human Factors program that incorporates your own safety data, operational challenges, and case studies, ensuring the training is directly relevant to your workforce.

    Training can be delivered as a fully online program or through a hybrid model that combines online learning with facilitated classroom discussions.

    We also provide microlearning content to support continuous reflection and skill development throughout the year. These short, focused modules help reinforce what’s learned in the main training program and keep Human Factors concepts front of mind in day-to-day work.

    In addition, we offer a coaching program made up of small, targeted courses. These can be assigned to individuals who need extra support with specific Human Factors concepts or skills. They include simple assigned tasks and are managed and overseen by the airline’s training department.

  • Yes, the organisation can nominate Branch Administrators to oversee training across the entire organisation.

    This level of access allows them to manage users, enrol participants in programs, track course completion, view certificates, and manage other key training activities.

  • No. We provide an online Train-the-Trainer course that enables you to prepare people within your organisation to deliver the classroom sessions.

    The in-person sessions are discussion-based and focused on sharing practical insights and experiences. Facilitators are there to guide the conversation and are not expected to be Human Factors specialists.

  • Training is $250 + GST per person. Discounts are available for larger groups.
