This Human Factors training program is delivered through a hybrid model, combining online learning with in-person classroom sessions. This approach blends the flexibility of self-paced study with the value of face-to-face discussion, while also enabling you to deliver classroom training yourself through your own facilitators. It includes a train-the-trainer online course to support instructors in confidently delivering the material.

Looking for a complete, customised Human Factors package for your entire airline?
We tailor the program to your operation, using your own case studies and safety data so the training is relevant, practical, and directly linked to your day-to-day challenges.
Alongside the annual training program, you’ll also receive ongoing microlearning modules delivered throughout the year. These short, focused sessions help keep Human Factors principles front of mind and encourage continuous reflection on safe behaviours.
To further support your teams, a dedicated Human Factors coaching package is included, providing targeted guidance for individuals who need extra support in applying the concepts in practice.
